In light of Government guidelines regarding Covid-19, we have temporarily changed our check in time to 4pm and check out time to 10am.
We are also currently unable to accept cash payments or deposits.
IN ADHERENCE TO FIRE AND HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE DISABLED GUESTS AS WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE MEANS OF ESCAPE IN THE EVENT OF A FIRE EVACUATION. WE APOLOGISE TO ANY POTENTIAL GUEST AFFECTED BY THIS DECISION HOWEVER THIS DECISION HAS BEEN CAREFULLY CONSIDERED FOLLOWING PROFESSIONAL ADVICE WITH THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS AND STAFF AS PARAMOUNT.
£150 PRE-AUTHORISATION -SECURITY DEPOSIT
A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION OF £150 PER APARTMENT IS REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN TO ACT AS A SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR CHARGES OR DAMAGES. ALTHOUGH MOST BANKS MAKE FUNDS AVAILABLE AGAIN WITHIN 48 HRS, SOME DEBIT CARDS CAN TAKE UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS. CASH CAN USED AS AN ALTERNATIVE WHEN ACCOMPANIED WITH A VALID PASSPORT OR DRIVERS LICENCE & WILL BE RETURNED SUBJECT TO HOUSEKEEPING CHECK UPON DEPARTURE.
Please be aware we are unable to return cash deposits prior to 8am.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATES when booking on a non-refundable rate payment is taken in full at time of booking. This payment is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
FLEXIBLE RATES – when booking on a flexible rate we offer free cancellation until 3 days prior to arrival. Late cancellation or no show will incur charges in full for the first night of your stay.
WEEKEND AND BANK HOLIDAY BOOKINGS - 50% non-refundable or transferable deposit is debited from the guest card at time of booking. Remaining balance is payable on arrival.
In the case of cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival any remaining balance will also be charged in full.
GROUP BOOKINGS- 8 or more guests- 25% non-refundable or transferable deposit is debited from the guest card at time of booking. Different T’s & C’s apply to group bookings and will be confirmed by our reservations team at time of booking.
Please be aware that we are unable to make exceptions to our cancelation policy. we therefore advise that you may consider taking out room cancelation insurance if you feel it necessary.
ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCES NOT OUTLINED ABOVE MUST BE PAID ON ARRIVAL
Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a guest over the age of 21.
Non- residents will not be permitted after 10pm. Any visitors in house after this time must vacate. Please note: A maximum of 10 guests is permitted in each apartment at anyone -time. A guest list is required at check in for all staying guests. Access will be provided only to named guests provided. Please note: Guest names cannot be changed and visitors not named at check in will not receive entry.
CHECK IN & OUT TIMES
Check in is guaranteed from 4pm. Check out is 10am.
Late check out can be arranged at a cost of £25.00 until 1pm. (subject to availability). Please be aware higher charges will automatically apply in the case whereby guests fail to check out on time without prior notice.

Posh Pads operates a No Smoking Policy throughout all public areas and apartments in line with government policy, if it becomes apparent that this policy has been breached a Fine of £150 will be imposed to cover the cost of deep cleaning and all guests occupying the relevant apartment will also be required to leave the premises. Smoke detection alarms are in place to ensure the safety of all our guests and tampering with this equipment will result in an immediate £250 fine and reported as criminal damage to local police enforcement.
EXCESSIVE NOISE OR UNRULY BEHAVIOUR
Is not tolerated at Posh Pads. We politely ask those intent on late night parties to seek alternative accommodation. Guests making excessive noise WILL be asked to leave, without refund.
ABUSE TO STAFF AND OTHER GUESTS
The hotel has a ‘zero tolerance’ attitude towards abuse towards staff and other guests. Any abuse will not be tolerated, and guests will be asked to leave without refund. This includes “threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour” or to display “any writing, sign or other visible representation which is threatening, abusive or insulting” within the hearing or sight of a person “likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby”.
Under no circumstances are illegal drugs to enter the hotel. The possession or use of illegal drugs while on the property will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave without refund. all guests occupying the relevant apartment will also be required to leave the premises This includes class A, B and C drugs and any Psychoactive Substances. The use of nitrous oxide is also banned from this hotel without permission from management.
DO-NOT DISTURB AND ACCESS TO ROOMS
To provide all our guests with an exceptionally clean and safe hotel experience, we reserve the right to enter your guestroom for reasonable purposes, such as for housekeeping, maintenance, verify that the room, its furnishings and mechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of our Hotel Policy/House Rules. Hotel staff will normally knock and announce themselves before entering your guestroom, unless we believe that exigent circumstances exist.
Please contact Front Desk if you are a "Day Sleeper" or you are staying in the room due to illness. Management reserves the right to allow staff to enter a room with a known status of "Do Not Disturb" in the event of an emergency, suspected illegal activity taking place, disturbing other guests, or damage being done to hotel property.
In the event of suspected illegal activity, management reserves the right to summon law enforcement to aid in eviction. The right to privacy ends when a Hotel Policy/House Rule is broken.
Law enforcement will be granted immediate access.
LOST AND LEFT ITEMS
Please be sure you check that you have all your belongings before departing as we are unable to take responsibility for any items left in our apartments or public areas. Should our team find ay items left behind we will store them for a maximum of 30 days allowing for collection or to arrange postage during this period. Postage of standard items can be posted for a set fee of £10.00 and will be sent recorded delivery. PLEASE NOTE: due to storage restrictions we are unable to extend our storage period. Any items that remain uncollected after this period will be donated to charity or disposed of.
